Your role: create the fire 🔥 on the networks
We're not looking for a simple CM who posts bland quotes.
We're looking for an ultra-creative strategist, who knows codes, trends, formats, stats, hacks, algos... and who loves to play with limits (without ever crossing them).

Your missions (if you accept them):
● Create, animate and explode our communities on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and a little Snapchat when you're too lazy to dance.
● Write and shoot video ideas that make people react, click, comment.
● Imagine funny, surprising concepts, sometimes a little naughty (we're in the dating business, right).
● Define a clear, evolving and measurable strategy (not just "we post by feel").
● Analyze the perfs, boost the tops, forget the flops, and start again.
● Work hand in hand with our marketing director and creative team.

What we expect from you:
● No degree required, just talent, creativity, and proof that you know what you're doing.
● A solid track record: show us what you've already blown up (managed accounts, stats, viral campaigns, etc.).
● You live in your time: you know what works, what buzzes, what cringes, what cringes.
● You like meeting people, going out, having fun, seducing, understanding human dynamics and translating them into content.
● You want people to listen to you, to trust you, and you make that possible with your seriousness and your vibe.
● You want to work in a team with heart, brains and ambition.
