Body leadership & consent at work workshop
Putting the body, safety and respect back at the heart of leadership and business interactions
In professional environments, communication is as much about the spoken word... as it is about the body. Posture, gestures, proximity, gaze, touch: these are all non-verbal languages, often unconscious, but full of meaning.
But it is precisely in these grey areasbetween spontaneity, clumsiness, hierarchical pressure and lack of direction, that ambiguous ambiguous situationssometimes experienced as awkward, intrusive or even violent.
This workshop addresses these issues with clarity, education and kindness.
